Cancellation and Refund Policy

At यशवंत शिक्षण संस्था, सुरूर, we strive to provide quality educational services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations and refunds are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration for any of our programs or services, please inform us in writing via email at ysssurur@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of registration will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
• Cancellations made after 7 days but before the commencement of the program will be eligible for a partial refund (50% of the fee).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the program or service has commenced.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:

• If the program is canceled by यशवंत शिक्षण संस्था, सुरूर due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a technical issue on our part prevents you from accessing the services, and no suitable alternative is available.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.

No Refunds Policy

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Failure to attend the program or service without proper cancellation notice.
• If the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria after registration.
• For digital products or downloadable materials once purchased and accessed.
